Some of shielding casing tubes are processed by AlloyO special metal according to the drawings.
The user is from the petrochemical industry. The parts are made of S31254 254SMO super stainless steel. The 316L stainless steel material was used in the early stage, and it needs to be replaced once in 2 or 3 months. According to the recommendation of AlloyO special metal, 254SMO material is Accepted, and life-cycle expectancy is more than four times.
The number of processed parts was 225 pieces.

  AlloyO Special Metal: N10276 Alloy C276 forged round bars have been cutting in fixed sizes  A batch of Hastelloy C276 N10276 round bars with outer diameters of 75mm and 101.6mm has been delivered recently.  The user required the Hastelloy forged structure in an annealed condition. Happily, this batch of raw materials imported materials was the forging process when ordered.  The user required a fixed length, ranging from 1700 to 2400 mm in length.
