According to users request, AlloyO special metal adds a special process to Ti-6Al-4V GR.5 titanium alloy support frames, spraying the special functional layer specified by the user, and then making the box-package to the designated factory.
GR.5 titanium alloy has undergone a series of steps such as rolling, heat treatment, cut-off, drilling, welding, grinding, deburring, spraying, etc., all of which are strictly tested according to users requirements.
This spraying process is the first time, which was completed after the production specifications were jointly developed by AlloyO special metal and spray coating factory.
